Training Fee: $600/month paid in advance. Payment later then 10 days will be subject to a 10% late fee. Check with me for multiple horse discounts.
Board: $300/month or as needed.
Ammenities include:
- Heated Barn
- box stalls
- daily turnout
- stalls cleaned twice a day
- large outdoor riding arena
- 60X80 indoor arena
- feed and hay
- timed lights
Show Expenses:

Mileage: .50 per mile with a minimum charge of $20
Day Fees:
- $30 per day
- $40 per day at Furturities and large shows.
(includes riding and showing the horse, and help at the shows)
Show Clip:
- $20
Bathe:
- $10
Banding:
- $20
Mane Pull:
- $10
Jump Rides:
- $25 per class for horses not in current training
Hotel:
- All expenses will be divided equally among all clients.
Camper Hook Up:
- $20 minimum per night depending on rate of the facility
Entry Fees, stall and bedding fees:
- Sole responsibility of the owner and will be in the monthly bill unless prepaid.
Tack Stall:
- Divided equally among all clients.
Veterinary Fees:
- Will be the responsibility of the owner.
All horses coming to this facility should be wormed and vaccinated with a 5 way and any other optional shots prior to coming.
Farrier Fees:
- Sole responsibility of the owner and billed monthly.
Commissions:
- 10 % commission will be charged for the sale of a client's horse
Monica Anderson Performance Horses will not be held responsible for any veterinary costs that arise during the time the horse is in training or board here.
Insurance:
- Its is the owner's responsibility to have insurance on their horse if the chose and we will not be held responsible for any injury, accident, or death of the animal.
Invoices are payable upon receipt.
- Each months training fee should be paid for in advance and other fees as soon as the invoice is received. In the event that the payment is overdue by 30 days , we are entitled to a lien against the horse for the amount due and shall not release the horse from this facility until the bill is paid in full.
